LauraAs Audio Producer for the Queer the City podcast series I developed the production schedule wiht the festival, worked with each artist to manage their recording, edited the audio and mixed each episode, submitting for publication.
The audio series was in two parts; a series of audio plays written by artists for site specific locations in Liverpool, and an audio walking tour at different locations in the city.
For the audio plays I worked with each artist to record the material. Then I gathered field recordings for each episode, giving a sense of place.
The audio tours required a week long production schedule, organising artists for interview at each location, along with series host, broadcaster and artist Roger Hill.
I mixed each episode and submitted it for publication as part of the festival.
