This is the first step in a Marketing and PR strategy that will help you shape your communications, engage with more people and talk to a wider market.

I have a proven track record of working with clients ranging from arts organisations just starting out and wanting to launch their brand to world famous hotels reaching customers all over the globe.

My approach to every single one is the same – bespoke.

Marketing and PR is about reaching your audience, whether you want more bums on seats, you’ve a new offer you want to launch, an exhibition you want to shout about or a new appointment to your team. It’s about shouting about what you do and making you look great. For PR it can also be about offering support when things get a little bit tricky.

The first step is to understand the audience. Audience development means asking them questions and understanding the tools and techniques best employed to reach them. This will incorporate a digital offer.

Begin with a strategic approach, a plan and then delivery becomes much easier.

We can work in two ways.

* I can offer you support on an ad-hoc basis offering support when you need it. I work on either an hourly on a day-rate basis making support more affordable.

* You start with a plan. I can work with you to identify or develop your brand and vision, your mission statement; how you see yourself and how you want to be seen.

Ongoing marketing and PR support, when your strategy is developed, is about ensuring you keep talking about those values and keep connecting with your audience.
