GPO are a British based retailer who make record players, telephones, radios and vinyl accessories. I manage their PR, social media, marketing strategy and brand development.
I’ve managed GPO’s brand and PR for five years. This has involved traditional PR techniques of securing coverage and media relations, building partnerships with music titles for competitions, exclusive tie ins, working with bands on photoshoots, building a digital profile and all aspects of brand management and awareness.
As a consultant, I work with the company on strategy, planning and delivery. This encompasses all copywriting, PR, marketing support, social media, digital marketing and stockist strategy.
Coverage has been secured across national consumer titles, trade, tech and electronic blogs, digital titles and internationally. We have developed a strategy of stockist communication, helping to improve the way GPO talks to and works with their stockists. I advise on digital strategy and GPO’s profile online. I also work on their partnerships with key brands and major high street stockists.
